Great apartment and building! The hosts were proactive, helpful, and very communicative. The furnishings are modern and nicely curated. The neighborhood is super close to downtown, and it's easy to jump on the freeway to get anywhere. It's on the fringe of downtown, so walking around the area can be disconcerting due to unhoused folks. I've only lived in much larger cities (NYC, Chicago), so it didn't bother me, but some folks might feel uncomfortable. I frequently walked from the apartment to the riverwalk and Gathering Place with no issues.

Great hosts

I absolutely loved the whole building and apartment #5. Of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this one felt most like home to me. It was decorated and furnished exactly as pictured. The bed and bedding is better of any Airbnb or hotel stay I’ve had and I would love to replicate it for myself. I’m surprised there isn’t a dedicated workspace — only because it is so obvious that Chelsea and Justin put a lot of thought and care into their spaces; I imagine they’d have fun furnishing a work/study. The kitchen table sufficed, but the kitchen chairs are not meant to be sat in for a 9-5, M-F. Lastly, this is not a complaint but an FYI for light sleepers: there is a neighbor who allows their dog to bark nonstop for 5-10 minutes each morning, presumably before the owner leaves for work. And again at night, presumably before bed. The barking is not muffled whatsoever. I learned quickly that I didn’t need a morning alarm. Regardless, I’d choose Chelsea and Justin over and over again.

We loved our weekend in Tulsa and CarSon Flats was the perfect resting place in between our adventures! The house was immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated. For a shared building, it was extremely quiet. We loved it and are considering another trip to Tulsa soon! We loved all the recommendations and clear instructions our hosts provided. An amazing place to stay!! Love staying downtown with all the beautiful buildings

We stayed at the S. Carson Ave location, unit 5. It was 3 flights up with luggage and stuff. That was tough. The place is beautifully decorated. I love the bedroom decor and the bed is super comfy. It was not walking distance to restaurants or other destinations, but parking on the street is not a problem, so using the car is easy. If you are a light sleeper like me, the train runs every hour on the hour and it's in close proximity. We stayed on a Wednesday and there were motorcycles racing nearby for about an hour after 10p. We could hear the tv and people talking downstairs. If this does not bother you, it's a lovely place to stay. I didn't notice the 4p check-in and the 10a check-out. We are used to 2p or 3p check-in and 11a check-out. Chelsea and Justin were willing to let us check-in early, but we decided to deter on the way and didn't need it. Overall, it's a good value for the money and comfortable.

Wonderful, cozy space! Had everything we needed and more. Easy access, area felt safe, no issues and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Tulsa! Just a few minutes from the convention center, perfect place to stay to attend events there. Hosts were friendly and communicative, checked in with us throughout our stay!

Perfect location, not too far yet not too close from downtown. Great amount of space for price. Pictures were accurate. Very “homey” feeling. Hosts were wonderful about providing clear instructions as far as check in and check out. 10/10 recommend

Great stay! Quiet neighborhood, street parking, close to downtown. Chelsea and Justin were always responsive whenever reached with a question or concern. Wasps seemed prevalent in Tulsa, so consider packing a travel size pesticide!

Loved the place!

This was a great location and just a few minute Uber to most everything near downtown Tulsa. We did not feel unsafe coming and going. The place is older but the furniture and decor is amazing and nothing felt like it was missing. The only minor set back was the size of the bathroom. If you are a larger person (height) it may be difficult to navigate the toilet / bathtub since they are in close proximity. My wife and I were fine, but do feel like the size of the bathroom should be known to future tall guests. If we come back to Tulsa, we would be interested in staying in one of these condos again!
